We have been incredibly busy in the background organizing this amazing event / 12-month program for you, and let me tell honestly what is happening is once in a lifetime! In this email, we'll confirm hotel arrangements so you can book your travel. We'll also discuss the 3 additional days of networking events we have organized, in case you want to base your travel around those. And then finally, I'll give answers to the most common questions we are getting from artists on this. We'll also fill you in on this months payment which is also now due.

Hotel

You’ll be staying in the world famous Ibiza Rocks hotel during the conference. While the seminars and talks will take place in various locations, Ibiza Rocks will be our base for the 3 days. Here you will stay for the 3 days and 3 nights networking with the other participants and taking part in the 3-day conference that will propel you into the start of your 12-month artist transformation.

Check-in will be at noon, and we will begin the conference at 1pm, with networking workshops earlier for those that have arrived early. If you arrive on the 23rd (see below for info on this) you will obviously already be checked in, so will able to attend these workshops. Check out on the 27th is 10am.

Rooms

Accommodation at the hotel is fully included in the cost of the program. You will be allocated a room on arrival. Rooms are sharing, and we will try to match you with a possible collab partner, somebody from the same genre or background as you to maximise the 3 day stay. If you wish to book a separate room on your own, there is a small subsidy of €79 per night extra which we pay directly to the hotel. If you wish to do this, please reply to this email and let us know and we can make that change for you. That is not payable until the time of the conference in September, so if you need to book that now there is no charge at this stage.

Arriving Early

If you wish to arrive a day before on the 23rd, you can do so. We can reserve you a private room in Ibiza rocks for that night for €109. If you wish to do this, simply reply to this email and we’ll book it in for you. If you do this, check-in time will be 3pm on the 23rd. Airport transfers for this day are also valid.

3 Extra Days Of Events & Networking

We have decided to add on an extra 3 days of events and networking so that everybody has the chance to maximise their time on the island. These will be rolled out separately over the coming months but will take place on the 27/28/29th of September. For hotels, we were going to book this into Ibiza Rocks, but unfortunately, they have been fully reserved by a corporate brand on the 27/28th, and so we have decided to allow everybody book their own accommodation for these days if you wish to stay on the island. This allows everyone to work within their budget and stay as many or as few extra days as they wish. So if you want to take part, feel free to go ahead and book whatever suits around those dates. If you need assistance or advice, just hit reply.

Timeline

On the 10th of June, we will be rolling out our first wave of speakers and talks, along with the first look at some of the networking events. Between now and Sept, you’ll hear from us regularly, updating you on what we have in store. On the 10th of September, we’ll create a dedicated Facebook group with everybody in it, so all participants have 2 weeks to chat and get to know each other. This allows you to make friends, network, and plan before you meet on the island. We’ll also organise a meet-up on the 23rd here for anybody that arrives early.

Your Tour Manager

At some stage in June, I will introduce you to one of your tour managers, who can help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. If you need anything while you are on the island, from advice to tickets to club tables, bed etc on your day off, he can help you arrange before you arrive.

Airport Transfers

The week before you arrive we’ll be collecting your flight details and will have your assigned tour manager meet you at Ibiza airport when you arrive. You will then be taken to your hotel and checked in. Airport transfers will take place on the 23rd and 24th for arrivals and the 27th for departures. If you are staying on extra days or arriving a few days earlier, transfers will be left to yourself to arrange, however, a taxi from the airport to San Antonio is only €30.

Payments

It’s the end of the month, so we are now collecting the second payments, from our records your 2nd payment is €399

You can pay via transferwise or Paypal using the details you used for your first payment. If you need them again, please hit reply and ask. We will send a separate email on this tomorrow to remind you! We will issue everybody paid receipts once fully paid up, but if you need a separate receipt on top of your Transferwise/Paypal receipt for VAT purposes, please reply to this email and we will sort that.

Please note for anybody that wishes to pay off their balance in full we are allocating a 5% discount today and tomorrow only, meaning an overall saving of €100. Let us know if you wish to avail of that.
